1. Shipping Area:

  • We offer shipping across the Continental United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and worldwide delivery.

  • PO Box Shipping: We do offer shipping to PO Boxes for select locations, ensuring you receive your products regardless of your address.

2. Shipping From:

  • We ship from local US warehouses located in Georgia (GA), California (CA), New York (NY),  New Jersey (NJ), and Florida (FL).

  • We provide shipping services through reliable carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process, and shipping times may vary based on your location. Please note that during peak sales periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Changes:

  • No charge for changing the shipping address before we provide you with the tracking number.

  • A fee of $180 will be charged if the customer refuses to accept the package or if the package is undeliverable.

  • Address change after shipment: If the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully, you will need to pay an extra $50 per item to change the delivery address.

Any changes made to your shipment after it has shipped (including address changes, order holds, or other preferences) may result in delays in receiving your product, and could affect replacements and/or refunds. If you wish to change the color or size of your e-bike, please make sure to do so before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Notes:

  • E-bikes are valuable items, and we ensure safe shipping by arranging separate shipments for each item. The shipping fees are $180 for a single unit and $240 for a double unit.

  • To prevent damage during transit and to enhance shipping efficiency, we ship items separately, especially larger orders. This allows us to stay within courier size and weight limits while also improving tracking accuracy.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly.

5. Shipping Costs and Returns:

  • E-bikes: $180 per unit for return shipping.

  • Accessories: $30 per item for return shipping.

  • Battery: $100 per item for return shipping.

  • For the IN10 Pro models, as they are shipped in two separate packages (bike and battery), returns must also be handled separately:

    • Bike return shipping fee: $180

    • Battery return shipping fee: $100

6. Shipping Damage:

If your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. To proceed with a damage claim, please send photos or videos of the damaged parts to support@electricdirtbikeusa.com. We will then replace or compensate for the damaged parts at no additional cost.

For damage claims, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

  • Provide a dated picture of the damaged part.

  • Return all original packaging and paperwork.

  • Note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing with the shipper.

Please note, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage during shipping if the bike was shipped through a third-party service or freight forwarder. You will also be responsible for shipping costs if spare parts are sent under warranty.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to the consumer’s decision, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee, calculated based on the express company chosen.

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Free Shipping on Accessories:

  • We offer free shipping on accessory orders over $99.

  • Orders under $99 will have a shipping fee calculated based on the delivery distance, which will be displayed at checkout.

9. Shipping Times:

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance times, public holidays, or unforeseen delays. If your package is delayed, please reach out to support@electricdirtbikeusa.com, and we will assist you.
