At Electric Dirt Bike USA, we deeply value the trust and support of every customer. To protect your rights and maintain the quality of our service, we have established the following return and refund policy:

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Before September 2025: If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund with no handling fees.

  • Starting October 2025: If you cancel your order before it ships, we will deduct a 5% handling fee from the refund amount to cover some operating costs.

  • If your order has already shipped: A handling fee of US$180 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

For cancellations, please contact our customer support team at support@electricdirtbikeusa.com as soon as possible. If your order is canceled before shipment, a 5% handling fee will be charged. If the order has already been shipped, a $180 processing fee will apply.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund (less any delivery fees incurred by us), and the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7-15 business days (varies by bank).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If after 15 business days you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@electricdirtbikeusa.com.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Before Shipping:

    • Free replacement is offered for products of the same price.

    • If you wish to change to a different model, you will be responsible for covering the price difference between the products.

  2. Shipped But Not Received:

    • Exchanges are not possible once the package has been successfully shipped.

  3. Delivered (Exchanges within 14 Days):

    • Exchanges are accepted only within 14 days of delivery.

    • The bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor, and in its original packaging and condition.

    • We recommend that customers retain the original packaging for at least 14 days after receiving the product to ensure proper protection for returns or exchanges.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs:

    • $180 for bikes

    • $30 for accessories

    • $100 for batteries

    • If switching to a different model, customers will also be responsible for the price difference.

    Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@electricdirtbikeusa.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Policy:

  • Used Items: We do not accept returns on used items.

  • Damages and Issues: If the product is defective or damaged, please send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace or compensate for the damaged parts and cover the return shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Non-Quality Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality returns.

Please Note: Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders are not accepted for returns, except in extreme cases of malfunction under warranty.

NOTICE:

If your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a new product or a refund. YozmaSport® will provide the shipping label, and we kindly ask that you do not ship items back without receiving the label from us.

Please notify us with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will process your request for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. If the returned items do not meet the requirements outlined above, we will return them to you with notifications.

Restocking Fees: Unauthorized returns may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Processing Time: Once we receive returned items, it will take 3-6 business days to process your request. Refunds will then be processed within 7-15 business days (varies by bank).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
