Heavy Hitter RM E-Moto Conversion Mounts

Rusty’s RM-E build offers the perfect combination of Japanese chassis engineering and electric drivetrain performance, resulting in a reliable and exciting ride. With this mounting system, you can easily install the components without modifying the frame or existing mounting points.

Crafted from 4mm thick aluminum, the Battery Box features a quick-swappable battery door that allows you to slide a battery in and out in under a minute. The Motor mounts place a QS138 70H v3 output shaft in the same position as the OEM setup, enabling you to install a 520 front sprocket and run the original rear sprocket and chain configurations.

At a total running weight of 210 lbs., this build includes a Votul em260 controller, 76v 32ah battery, and motor. Controller mounting is easy to achieve with a few drilled holes into the subframe and a few bolts, keeping in mind that the subframe is designed to flex slightly, so only 2 bolting points are recommended.
