ETM RTR Race Reservoir Upgrade Shock | By DNM | For ETM RTR
$249.99
Recommended Setup
For proper front to rear balance, we recommend pairing either shock with our stiffer Mod Front Fork Springs. Matching spring rates improves chassis geometry and overall handling performance.
Fitment
- ETM RTR models
At REV Rides, we look at suspension as a complete system. These ETM RTR Reservoir DNM Shocks are built for riders who push harder and want more stability, more travel, and more consistency than stock suspension can provide.
Best For
- Track riders seeking a lower, race-focused setup
- Aggressive trail riders who want maximum travel at OEM height
- ETM RTR owners demanding improved stability and heat resistance
Description
Two Reservoir Options, Race-Lowered or OEM Ride Height
If you are upgrading suspension on your ETM RTR, these DNM Reservoir Upgrade Shocks deliver a serious step up in performance. Both versions feature an external reservoir for increased oil volume, improved heat control, and more consistent dampening. The difference comes down to ride height and intended use.
Whether you want a lower race stance for tighter cornering or full OEM ride height with increased travel and control, there is an option built for your riding style.
Option 1: ETM RTR Race Reservoir Shock (Lowered)
This version lowers the bike approximately one inch, dropping the center of gravity for sharper corner entries, improved traction, and increased high speed stability. Ideal for track riders who want a planted, aggressive feel.
- Approximately 1 inch lower ride height
- Improved cornering stability and faster turn-in
- Increased oil volume for better heat management
- Consistent dampening through long motos
- Enhanced rear traction under acceleration
The lower stance keeps the bike composed through braking bumps, ruts, and whoops, helping you hold tighter lines and apply throttle earlier on corner exit.
Option 2: ETM RTR Reservoir Shock (OEM Ride Height)
This version retains full OEM ride height while significantly increasing overall performance and suspension consistency. Compared to the Race Shock, this model offers increased suspension travel and a more versatile feel for aggressive trail and jump riders.
- Maintains full OEM ride height
- External reservoir for increased oil capacity and cooling
- Improved heat dissipation during long, rough sessions
- Increased suspension travel over the Race Shock
- Stable and predictable rear end control
Hit jumps harder. Land smoother. Charge rough terrain without fade. This shock stays cool and controlled when conditions get demanding.
Reservoir Performance Advantage
Both shocks utilize an external reservoir to increase oil volume and stabilize internal temperatures. More consistent oil flow means more consistent dampening, especially during extended aggressive riding.
- Stronger dampening control under load
- Reduced fade during long sessions
- Smoother performance over repeated impacts
- Improved rear wheel traction and control
