• Stainless steel through bolt.
• All aluminum parts are anodized black.
• The lower retaining nut has 2, 5mm threads to allow you to aid with mounting a fender.
• Includes 4 black steering tube height spacers in 20mm, 15mm, 5mm, 3mm.
